Dr Diab Haddad

consultant paediatrician with special interest in allergic & respiratory disorders


Dr Diab F Haddad is a Consultant Paediatrician with special interest in allergic & respiratory disorders with an NHS base at St Peter’s Hospital – Chertsey and private practice at The Princess Margaret Hospital in Windsor and Runnymede Hospital in Chertsey. 

He started hispaediatric training in Jordan before moving to Scotland for further training where he later worked as a lecturer in child health at Ninewells Hospital & Medical School. During this period Dr Haddad authored several chapters on paediatrics and was one of the main editors of a textbook on general paediatrics “Core Paediatrics & Child Health”.

He has extensive experience in general paediatrics and a special interest in allergic and respiratory disorders in children.  Dr Haddad is based at St Peter’s Hospital in Chertsey and holds an honorary senior lecturer status with Imperial College – London. Prior to that, he held an honorary consultant status with the Royal Brompton & Harefield NHS trusts.

He has strong research and service links with the paediatric allergy team in St Thomas (Evelina) hospital. Dr Haddad is the co-author of papers on nut allergy and anaphylaxis. He is  heavily involved in teaching undergraduate medical students from St George’s and Imperial College medical schools.
