Dr Colin Hill is a Physical Activity Clinical Champion for Public Health England. This is a role that is in addition to a Foundation Programme Training role within Newcastle upon Tyne Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. Prior to studying medicine, he trained and qualified as a Physiotherapist, gaining a 1st Class Honours degree.
Having started his working life in the Royal Marines, physical activity has been an enduring part of Dr Hill’s personal and professional life and it continues to be something that he will talk about with passion to anyone who is willing to listen.
