What can I expect at the Pulse LIVE virtual festival?

The Pulse LIVE virtual event goes live on the 20th of April and will be accessible online. We will send you an email where you will be able to create your own password to access to the platform where the event will be held. If you register before the 20th of April, you will gain limited access to the platform before the webinars starts. New live webinars will be added each week and will be put on-demand once they have been shown. You will also be able to visit the virtual exhibition hall and interact with our exhibitors.

Do I need to register?

Yes, please register on this site, using the registration page. You only need to register once to access the whole festival.

Do I need to pre-register for seminars?

No, you do not. You can login to the platform at any time of day to watch our content. All of our live sessions will be put on-demand once they are done so you won’t miss out on anything.

How do I reset my password?

If your forgot your password or want to reset your password, you simply need to click on the “forgot your password” link on the login page.

The event is not working on my computer, what do I do?

For the best experience, we recommend that use the browsers Goggle Chrome or Safari. Other browser like Microsoft edge or Internet Explorer might be too weak to handle the event platform.

Can I watch the live sessions once they have finished?

Yes, all of the live session will be on-demand once they are done. They will be available within 24-48hrs of them being live.

Can I watch the sessions at any time and any day?

Absolutely. Once you register you will receive an email to be able to create a password to access the platform where the event will be held. You can login at any time and any day that is convenient to you, there are no time restrictions. You will need to register to the virtual festival to receive the email.

Registration criteria, who is this event for?

The Pulse LIVE events are specifically designed for GPs and GPs only. The content that we provide is tailored to this specific job title to help improve your role.

I am retired, can I attend?

If you are still conducting some clinical work, i.e. as a GP locum, and you have maintained your GMC registration, you are welcome to attend. If you have fully retired from the profession, we are afraid that ABPI guidelines restrict us from accepting you.

I am still in training, can I attend?

If you are a GP trainee, with a valid GMC number, we would be delighted to see you there. If you are a medical student or are training in secondary care, we are afraid that we can not accept your registration.

How many CPD hours is it worth?

Depending on how many sessions you attended, and whether you found them worthwhile, you will then need to edit this to claim the number of CPD hours you personally earnt, as indicated in your revalidation guidelines. We can download this form that you can fill out to keep track of how many sessions you have attended.

When will I receive my certificate?

We will be sending out the certificates of attendance nearer to the end of the event in July.

Can I speak at the event?
